Messages are sent a lot quicker and it's all in real time, making it more personal. The ability of mobile gadgets and smart phones to send notifications and alert you when you get a new message permits real-time delivery of messages thus easing communication. Here are five good tips to get the best out of business texting:

 I. Language is key. Make sure your text is properly worded and sounds business like. Remember, you aren't texting your friend.

II. The right timing. If you are sending a business message, make it during business hours. Sending messages at night time or after hours is not rude, but very inappropriate. Remember, these messages are not personal, it's business.

III.Targeted information. If your message is for a specific thing, keep it brief and get to your point!

IV. Attract attention with your message. Using words like "offer"  or "discount" helps to make the message more potent because you are offering a service.

V. Like any business, call-to-action is necessary. For example, at the end of your message, ask a question or put something which will prompt your recipient to take action. This could include calling you back or using a certain process that you'd like them to. This is a slept on process, but it's very good due to the fact that you get a much higher response rate, and it helps to find you more business.
